Powell First Floor
This first-floor remodel transformed an awkwardly configured kitchen and pantry into highly functional and beautifully designed spaces. Challenging angles in the original layout limited storage and disrupted circulation, so appliance locations were reconfigured and custom cabinetry was used to maximize storage as much as possible.
The kitchen now offers improved flow, more generous walking space, and increased natural light with the addition of a new window. Replacing the wire shelving in the pantry with custom cabinetry created a more organized and functional storage solution. Throughout the first floor, hardwood floors were refinished, pantry/hall tile was replaced, and the fireplace was refaced to complement the updated interiors.
The kitchen features elegant white perimeter cabinetry paired with a warm white oak island and refined gold fixtures, creating a timeless and inviting space.
